Our Story

Abbington Farm Park began its journey as a humble family farm over a century ago. Established in 1905 by the Thompson family, the farm was a bustling hub of agricultural activity. For generations, the Thompsons cultivated the land with care and dedication, creating a legacy of sustainable farming practices and community spirit.

In 2010, the farm was lovingly transformed into Abbington Farm Park, preserving its rich heritage while opening its gates to the public. Today, visitors can explore our enchanting forest trails, enjoy the playful antics of animals in our petting zoo, and pick your own produce from the garden to take home with you! Our play park is a hit with children, and our café serves delicious treats made from locally sourced ingredients.
